Bought this for my old mum whose sight is failing. I spoke to a guy who fitted mums tv aerial about remotes with big buttons he said they’re too complicated but I thought I’ve got to try something. Read the description of this and thought it sounded fairy simple, no code entering etc. When I started reading the instructions I thought there’s no way I’m going to be able to do this. Then I watched the video a couple of times, I’m quite technically minded but I need a dummies guide to everything. Works perfectly, I was worried that when I set it that would be it but you can change it. The guide was clear and when the penny dropped I realised how simple it was. You can’t programme every channel it’s just an up and down channel changer so if you want say 101 you have to press it 101 times. You can however preset the small button to your fave channel but I’m not sure if you can program it to a channel with double figures but mum only watches 5. Mum loves it she’s not afraid of changing the channels and pressing the wrong buttons anymore.

Bought for my dad who has Parkinsons. Often times he will press buttons on the regular remote and not be able to move his fingers again to release. This is great because there are less options for him to press and it just does that basics. He can also see what to press much better as the buttons are large and uncomplicated.

I bought this for my father-in-law who had a new tv but the remote was complicated. All he needs to do is flick up and down the channels, adjust the volume and mute and this is exactly what this remote does. Easy to set up and use, but unfortunately did not work properly with the RCA Roku TV in my relative's nursing home room. The first button pressed would register, but subsequent presses were ignored by the TV until the original remote was used again. I suspect it must use some kind of alternating infrared codes which this remote does not learn.

Difficoltoso distinguere a cosa servono i tasti. Programmazione non proprio lampo - a volte è stato necessario ripetere la procedura perchè non riconosceva l'informazione del tasto, dal telecomando originale. Potenza di emissione non altissima, da una distanza di 4 metri fa un po' i capricci, bisogna puntare bene verso il tv. Per il resto, tutto ok.
